We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager with fluent German to start as soon as possible
So let's get down to business, what do we offer?
As a Customer Success Manager (f/d/m) you could work full remote or in hybrid model - we see each other for 2-3 days in the office
We provide you with the necessary equipment (laptop, headset, additional monitor and more) to prepare you optimal for your new job
In addition, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects in order to continuously improve the work processes and the customer journey
You work in a dynamic team and are also in contact with other branches of ours abroad in different Eu-Countries
And what do we want you to do?
You take on the onboarding of new customers and help them with the first steps with our platform
You optimise various process areas through your own analyses and ideas and work closely with the Product development, operations and customer support together to automate sub-steps
You look after your own customer base, with whom you build up a long-term, successful relationship
Overseeing metrics and preparing cyclical activity reports to monitor the number of publications, transactivity and response
Proactive response to a decline in customer activity through direct contact
Proactively support customers to take full advantage of the Platform's capabilities and functionalities
Activating customers to increase the volume of operations
Maintaining regular contact and building a long-term relationship to fully understand changing needs and priorities
Passing on customer feedback to the product department in order to create new functionalities and improve existing ones
Proactive search for sales opportunities within the customer and the customer's counterparties as well as sales lead generation aimed at CrossSelling and UpSelling of Trans.eu products
SinglePointOfContact for the implementation customer after completion of implementation
Liaising with the marketing department and attracting clients interested in marketing cooperation
Supporting the integration process
And what else?
You work full-time 40 hours/week
We set targets at the beginning of the quarter using the OKR method.

So what do you offer?
You have customer service experience from previous positions (preferebly Logistical experience, specially road transport)
You speak German as a native speaker and business fluent English, as this is our internal company language
You enjoy communicating with customers and think in a solution-oriented manner in order to help customers quickly and easily
You work independently with a lot of initiative, are self-confident, ambitious and still like teamwork
You have an affinity for IT and software, are proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
