We are seeking an excellent early-career scholar with a clear research focus at the intersection of leadership, engagement, and new work. The thematic focus of this position is on the core topics of organizational behavior in the context of today's complex, uncertain, and socially diverse world of work. We search for a colleague who complements and enriches our areas of expertise and methodological competences. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in these areas and be capable of developing and researching applied, innovative approaches and solutions to challenges in leadership research. To be considered for this position, applicants should have completed (or be close to completing) a doctoral degree (PhD) in Management, in the areas of leadership, or a closely related discipline. We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate strong potential for publishing in leading international journals (e.g., FT 50, VHB A+/A), influential books, or top-tier conferences. The candi-date should conduct internationally recognized research with a clear pipeline of high-quality publications applying quantitative, qualitative, and/or design-oriented approaches - ideally including experimental research (lab, field, and online).
