The triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) uni-versity offers a stimulating and well-equipped research environment with a large network ranging from start-ups, small businesses to large firms to engage in field studies. The new professorship in the School of Management will be invited to become part of our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate has an internationally recognized and leading track record in research in leading journals in the field of international management, reflected in multiple publications in top journals (FT 50), a pipeline of promising research projects, and a strong international academic net-work, ties with industry, and excellent teaching skills on all levels, including executives. We are seeking a colleague who is able to make im portant contributions to academia, practice, and society at large in current debates on leader ship and organizational behavior. Emphasis should be placed on one or more of the following research areas: new ways of leading and organization, leadership climate and culture transfor mation, organizational and technological change and implications for responsible leadership etc. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in these areas and be capable of devel oping and researching applied, innovative approaches and solutions to challenges in leader ship research.
