During the internship you will gain an insight into the daily business of an international active company and the activities in the Human Resources department. Throughout your internship, you will support the administrative tasks on daily basis, and you will be given the opportunity to contribute as an active team member within our team.Participate in a six-month internship in Visp.Key responsibilities: Support team members with all administrative activities of the onboarding process for new starters. Manage tasks related to the employee life cycle, including the exit process, to guarantee smooth transitions. Cooperate closely with HR partners, including Recruiters and HR Business Partners. Coordinate monthly events for new employees. Handle general administrative tasks, such as processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.Key requirements: A great teammate with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Genuine interest in HR, with a drive to learn and grow within the field. Self-motivated with outstanding administration and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in German and good knowledge of English. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills, improving the overall employee experience. Flexibility and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and adapt to new challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Dedication to contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
