HR Advisor
For a fixed-term contract with a 100% workload. DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
Manage HR administration for the employee lifecycle and advise on internal policies and regulations.Oversee new hires, departures and internal transfers, updating personnel files.Perform HR administrative tasks (certificates, AVS, work permits, attestations, etc.).Update and ensure the reliability of HR databases (Workday) and correct anomalies.Maintain and update HR procedures and processes.Participate in improvement and digitalisation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.Collaborate on a daily basis with HR Business Partners and other HR advisers.
PROFIL ATTENDU:
Bachelor's degree or HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, especially Swiss employment law.
5 to 10 years in HR, similar role.
Hands-on HR administration and coordination, experience with large teams/workloads.
Excellent communicator, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
Able to prioritize and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Computer literate; Workday experience a plus.
Native French, fluent English (spoken & written).
