    Profil Experience in housekeeping or a similar leadership role Hands-on mentality - willing to actively participate in cleaning and supporting the team Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility Team player with excellent communication skills, able to lead and motivate others Good German or English skills, additional languages are a plus
