Le poste s'adresse à un professionnel disposant d'une solide expérience en environnements Agile, avec une maîtrise des tests fonctionnels, frontend et API, et une réelle capacité à travailler dans un cadre international et collaboratif.DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et internationale dédiée à l'assurance qualité logicielle. Votre rôle consistera à garantir la fiabilité, la performance et la conformité des applications développées, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers, techniques et projets.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

Concevoir, préparer et exécuter des plans de tests fonctionnels (système, intégration, frontend multi-supports).

Développer et automatiser des tests d'API et d'interfaces web, en utilisant des outils de référence (Postman, ReadyAPI, Swagger, Mockoon, etc.).

Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de tests dans un environnement Agile (Scrum/SAFe).

Assurer la gestion et la qualité des données de test, ainsi que la traçabilité des scénarios.

Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de la documentation et des référentiels de tests.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires (développeurs, Product Owners, Business Analysts) afin de garantir la couverture et la pertinence des tests.

Identifier, analyser et remonter les anomalies, puis suivre leur correction jusqu'à validation.

Vulgariser les résultats et recommandations auprès d'interlocuteurs non techniques.

Être force de proposition pour industrialiser les bonnes pratiques et challenger les solutions existantes avec des approches innovantes.

PROFIL ATTENDU:

Formation : diplôme en informatique (ingénieur, HES, HEC ou équivalent).Expérience : minimum 3 ans dans un rôle de Test Analyst ou fonction similaire, idéalement en contexte Agile.Expertise technique :Tests fonctionnels (système & intégration).Validation frontend sur plusieurs navigateurs et supports (desktop, mobile, tablette).Tests d'API et d'interfaces web (Postman, ReadyAPI, Bruno, Swagger, Mockoon, OpenAPI ).Connaissance des méthodes et cycles de vie du test logiciel ; certifications ISTQB et/ou Agile (SAFe, PSM, CSM) appréciées.Maîtrise d'outils collaboratifs (Jira, Xray, Confluence) et solutions de gestion documentaire/versions. Soft skills : Communication claire et capacité à rendre les sujets techniques compréhensibles pour un public non technique.Esprit proactif et critique, à l'aise pour challenger l'existant et proposer des solutions créatives.Curiosité pour les technologies émergentes et aptitude à déployer des pratiques à grande échelle.Langues : anglais courant (niveau B2 minimum)Plus : une bonne connaissance du secteur de l'assurance serait un atout.

Investment Risk Data Analyst

You will join a global business of more than 400 investment professionals and a network of 13 offices across Europe, Asia and North America. You will report to the Global Chief Risk Officer and support the Risk function by managing and analyzing data across platforms such as Bloomberg PORT and MARS, while ensuring data quality, developing risk analytics, and enhancing automation in risk management.

The role can be based in Geneva, London or Luxembourg.

YOUR ROLE

Engagement with LOIM Investment Risk Managers and other primary stakeholders to design, develop and implement clear analytical solutions across all asset classes

Take ownership of risk and performance dashboards and underlying data sourcing processes

Help drive the migration of existing processes to automated processes and platforms in line with the team vision to increasingly leverage Artificial Intelligence.

Management of existing data sets, ensuring the analytics tools are correctly sourcing data from data sources external to the immediate team

Maintaining risk calculations and process feeds to external calculators

Respond and prioritize ad-hoc requests for information as they arise

Challenge existing processes and data feeds with the wider LOIM-IT and data community

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance or Statistics,

You have experience in data analysis of large-scale, distributed data sets, in process automation

You are interested in the financial industry and have domain knowledge of investment and securities and/or Artificial Intelligence applications.

Understanding of risk management concepts including VaR, stress testing, and scenario analysis.

You have the ability to challenge and provide supportive criticism

You are familiar with BI tools (ie Tableau), process workflow automation tools (ie Alteryx), programming languages (Python).

You have strong analytical and data manipulation skills and excellent statistical modelling skills

Autonomous and self-motivated, you pay strong attention to detail.

Flexible and results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
