    What we are looking for:

    What you will do:

    Plan, oversee, and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes

    Manage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lonza standards

    Engage with cross-functional teams and departments to implement infrastructure solutions

    Oversee budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication

    Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

    Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management

    Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

    What we are looking for:

    Proven experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management

    Strong knowledge of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance requirements

    Familiarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data centers

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Experience in Pharma or other validated production industries

    Degree in IT or engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred

    The role requires professional fluency in English alongside a solid command of German (B2 level or higher)
