    Ensuring seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems. Equivalent experience is also acceptable for educational requirements like MES

    Managing GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik

    Preparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards

    Determining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflows

    What we are looking for:

    Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or equivalent experience, or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.)

    Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry

    Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable

    Proficient in English and/or German to competently communicate in our diverse, collaborative environment

    Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting

    A self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach that ensures successful completion of tasks and projects
