Chargé-e de Comptes Global Custody (80-100%)

Le/la Chargé-e de Clientèle Global Assets est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d'un portefeuille de clients institutionnels et privés dans le domaine de l'asset servicing. Il assure la mise en place de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et la passation d'ordres de bourse. Il joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des processus quotidiens et dans l'optimisation de la qualité du service offert en favorisant et facilitant les échanges à travers les différentes équipes de support de la banque.

Votre Mission :

Gérer les opérations de bourse et de FX, le suivi du settlement, les OST, les paiements, le cash management, les cash flows Private Equity (PE) et consolider des actifs (asset aggregation).

Veiller à l'exactitude des opérations. Effectuer la saisie des transactions bancaires avec précision et en respectant les délais impartis.

Ouvrir les comptes et coordonner la mise en place des setup opérationnels avec nos équipes de support et les prestataires tiers. Tenir à jour les dossiers clients, en assurant une documentation complète et précise, en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires et internes.

Examiner les reportings financiers pour s'assurer de leur exactitude avant transmission aux clients et aux parties prenantes.

Améliorer le suivi des demandes clients : prioriser, accuser réception, et délivrer les réponses dans des délais optimaux.

Maintenir une qualité de service irréprochable en restant orienté solution et en démontrant un grand sens du service client.

Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'amélioration des processus, tout en veillant à l'efficience de l'équipe.

Rencontrer et communiquer de manière proactive avec les clients pour s'assurer de leur satisfaction et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.

Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les gérants et mandataires externes de nos clients.

Votre Profil :

3-5 années d'expérience dans le secteur de l'asset servicing, de préférence avec une clientèle institutionnelle et privée.

Bonne connaissance des opérations financières (bourse, settlements, cash management, PE, fonds transparents).

Français et anglais courants. Allemand courant serait un atout.

Capacité à travailler sous pression avec rigueur et méticulosité.

Curiosité intellectuelle et ouverture à l'apprentissage de nouveaux processus.

Grande agilité pour s'adapter aux besoins changeants des clients.

Senior IT Production Engineer - Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring (80-100%)

As part of the modernization of our IT platform (renewal of our platforms), we are looking for production engineers familiar with technologies around file transfer, scheduling and alerting, who will be able to support us throughout this transformation, while at the same time supporting the current installed base.

Management of an application pool within the IT Operations department (Technologies and Operations unit), in a team of 7 employees operating from Geneva.

YOUR MISSION

Responsible for implementing business requests on our alerting/scheduling/file transfer platforms

Qualification of requests, detailed documentation of specs

Actively participate and make proposals for the evolution of the platforms

Higher education in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent)

2 to 10 years in a similar position

Significant experience on file transfer: implementation of industrial transfer protocols, certificate management. GoAnywhere would be a plus

Scheduling: OpCon, Control-M or equivalent would be a plus

Monitoring/alerting: Service Now Event Management, Nagios, SCOM, scripting (Powershell, shell) would be a plus

Responsible, rigorous, versatile, flexible and with good interpersonal skills. Strong team spirit, desire for continuous improvement, proactive.

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Residence in Switzerland or willing to relocate
