    Your TasksCollaborate with the CPO to align product and tech strategy, while driving continuous improvements in organizational structure and frameworks Lead an international team of approximately 100 employees and managers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technological future in close alignment with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) Develop and take responsibility for a forward-looking technology strategy focused on the strategic use of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to drive business value Shape a scalable and resilient engineering organization with clear structures, career paths, and transparent leadership Drive strategic initiatives to seamlessly align Tech, Product, and Business - as an active member of the executive leadership team Ensure excellence in architecture, code quality, security, and system reliability - maintaining a high technical standard Empower leaders and international teams (including nearshoring) through coaching and a trust-based culture Take responsibility for efficient structures: optimize agile processes, manage via OKRs & KPIs, and lead proactive budget and resource planning Your skillsExperience as a CTO (or similar role) with a focus on AI, transformational projects, scalable tech strategies, organizational development, and team leadership Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with strong business acumen Preferably experienced in marketplaces (recruiting, staffing, ATS or similar) in DACH/EU Solid expertise in modern software architecture and agile development - ideally with experience in cloud, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern frontends Ability to meaningfully integrate AI/ML solutions into products, processes, and the organization, fostering a data-driven decision-making and innovation culture Passion for building strong engineering cultures where people grow and take ownership, along with experience leading international, distributed teams Commitment to treating data as a strategic asset, proactively prioritizing privacy, and fostering organizational trust through adherence to recognized standards and certifications High standards for transparency, collaboration, and impact - you're a sparring partner, not just a decision-maker Ability to translate business needs, set priorities, and communicate clearly - fluent in both German and English Our offerStrategic influence: As part of the executive leadership team, you actively shape the future of a leading digital player in the job market Purposeful technology: Your decisions directly impact millions of users, products, and processes - with real societal impact Modern tech setup & innovation: Work with current technologies (Cloud, AI, event-driven architectures, modern frontends) and enjoy ample room for innovation Strong culture & leadership mindset: Collaboration at eye level, clear values, inspiring teams Flexible work models & international environment: Remote options, international teams, and a company that sees diversity as a strength The salary: Will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, motivation, and how well they match the profile.     Your TasksAct as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas Serve as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talentCollaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagementOffer proactive, solution-oriented support advice on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor lawsLead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategiesSupport talent acquisition plans in collaboration with the TA teamParticipate in global and local HR projects, embracing experimentation, sharing learnings, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement Your skillsSolid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environment In-depth HR expertise across compensation, employee relations, and Swiss labor lawSolid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, Leapsome) and strong data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement A growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation Fluency in German or French, very good English skills (min.
