    Your TasksDevelop and operate robust ETL pipelines using Matillion, supported by Infrastructure as Code and Ansible Implement AWS Lambda functions for customized data solutions beyond standard ETL capabilities Integrate diverse data sources and APIs in JSON and XML to centralize enterprise data Design sustainable and scalable data models and complex SQL queries for business use cases Manage master data to ensure accurate consolidation and consistency across systems Operate and optimize the data warehouse infrastructure (Matillion, Redshift, Tableau) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and share knowledge via presentations and documentation Your skills5+ years of experience in data warehouse development and ETL, ideally with Redshift and Matillion Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with Infrastructure as Code Solid AWS knowledge, including S3, Redshift, Lambda, and cloud optimization Experience with data streaming (e.g., Apache Kafka) and API integrations Advanced SQL and data modeling capabilities with performance optimization experience Familiarity with BI tools, preferably Tableau, for presenting complex datasets Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders Proactive practical and business savvy with a hands on approach to making data work for the company Fluent in English, German is a plus Our offerThe opportunity to join a company that is a leader in its markets, efficient and forward-looking Strong culture and leadership mindset with collaboration at eye level, clear values, and inspiring teams Flexible work models to combine working from our modern Zurich office and remotely, so you can achieve your best work-life balance International environment with remote options, global teams, and a company that sees diversity as a strength The freedom to be creative and to implement your own ideas Based on the requirements and the desired level of experience for this position, the salary range is between CHF 110'000 to 130'000 gross per year Your Contact Person

    JobCloud is on an exciting journey to become an AI-enabled organization and we're looking for a visionary leader to guide us. As the Head of our AI Hub, you will enhance and drive JobCloud's AI strategy, champion adoption across the company, and inspire teams to explore what AI makes possible.
    This is not a policing or gatekeeping role. It's a role for an enabler - someone who empowers teams, fuels curiosity, and sparks imagination, on the back of their deep AI understanding. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of around 10 specialists and work closely with leaders across JobCloud to bring AI into the heart of everything we do.

    Your TasksHelp shaping and drive the overall AI vision and strategy, ensuring AI becomes a core enabler of JobCloud's business goalsAct as the organization's AI champion, inspiring, educating, and aligning leadership and teams around AI transformation Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI Hub team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertise Develop and operationalize AI frameworks, tools, and playbooks that enable scalable AI adoption across the company Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and help them become AI-enabled Drive AI advocacy and adoption, translating complex concepts, delivering training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI usage, establishing policies that mitigate risks related to data, regulation, and AI deployment Your skillsAt least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, with a strong understanding of modern machine learning, data platforms, and automation technologiesProven, inspirational leadership of organization-wide AI or innovation initiatives, with experience motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex or matrixed environments Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AI Experience building and scaling internal AI capabilities such as AI hubs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI programsStrong partnership skills with product and engineering teams and their leadership (e.g., integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows) Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value, connecting AI opportunities with measurable outcomesIdeally a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focusFull professional proficiency in English, German or French are a plus Our offerThe opportunity to join a company that is a leader in its markets, efficient and forward-lookingStrong culture and leadership mindset with collaboration at eye level, clear values, and inspiring teams Flexible work models to combine working from our modern Zurich office and remotely, so you can achieve your best work-life balanceInternational environment with remote options, global teams, and a company that sees diversity as a strengthThe freedom to be creative and to implement your own ideasSalary will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, motivation, and how well they match the profile.
