VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITESEn tant que Production Manager, vous serez chargé.e de garantir une production sûre, efficace et conforme aux normes de qualité, tout en respectant les standards locaux et du groupe. Vous gérerez les ressources, optimiserez les processus et contribuerez aux initiatives stratégiques.
A ce titre, vos missions sont :
Assurer la sécurité sur le lieu de travail et mettre en ?uvre les règles EHS ainsi que les mesures correctives ;Assurer l?intérim du Head of Operations en son absence, avec pleine responsabilité ;Manager les ressources de production (personnel, équipements) pour répondre ? la demande selon le planning PPDS (encadrement direct de 3 personnes et indirect de 50 personnes) ;Tenir la comptabilité de production et mettre ? jour les bases SAP ; analyser et optimiser les coûts ;Suivre les processus de production et les paramètres pour garantir la qualité ; gérer les opérations de retraitement ;Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) : taux de conformité, consommation de matières premières, suivi des déchets, etc ;Rédiger et mettre ? jour la documentation (chapitres Responsible Care, rapports de production) ;Appliquer les outils d?Excellence Opérationnelle (OPEX) pour améliorer la performance ;Participer ? l?équipe de direction ORGRA.
