You design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, ensuring success by evaluating the customer's digital capabilities and feasibility studies
You analyze, develop and optimize state-of-the-art IT architectures, using your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions and current market developments and trends, such as cloud or microservices
You control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience
This is how you can make a difference
You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course
You have already gained at least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development
Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector
Modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics are not buzzwords for you, but the right tools for future-oriented IT architectures
You bring extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends
You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English

You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
You have at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the course of which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of both strategy and operations
Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector
You also have experience in leading project teams of more than three people
You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean
You are familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
You know exactly how to put together complex business cases
You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel
You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English; French of advantage
