As Functional Application Specialist Teamcenter/ TCRA, you will support the engineering functionalities in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform: Teamcenter, with a special focus on the connected Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics application. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness across our engineering processes, making a tangible impact on our projects by providing good service and effective support to all project members working (indirectly) in or with Teamcenter and TCRA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Functional Application Specialist Teamcenter/ TCRA, you will:Translate engineering business process needs into functional specifications for the application developments.Analyse issues collaboratively with stakeholders and devise solutions.Develop and implement application processes and functionalities.Maintain relationships with suppliers and knowledge partners.Manage interfaces between applications and Teamcenter/TCRA.Maintain user access rights administration within the application.Setup and configure project environments within Teamcenter and TCRA.Organize application-related training courses in coordination with the Manager Engineering Support.Provide functional support to PLM/CAD users with regards to Teamcenter.Prepare and develop Teamcenter/ TCRA training materials, tips, application documentation, and user manuals.Develop and maintain specific tools to support special needs for Engineering.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:To excel in this role as Functional Application Specialist Teamcenter/ TCRA, you will need:Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably in shipbuilding or mechanical engineering.Proficiency with Teamcenter & TCRA applications (software).Knowledge of PLM principles and experience with functional application management.Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in Dutch being advantageous.Ability to work in Vlissingen and Schiedam locations, in The Netherlands.Skilled in working with Microsoft Excel and preferably good knowledge of VBA (coding).Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required and candidates with NL/EU (work) visa or with both an EU and non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible in accordance with the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects.WHAT WE OFFER
