Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with EASA AIR OPS, Part-FCL, and Part-147. Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation processes. Promote safety reporting and ensure effective root cause analysis of safety events. Maintain and test the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), coordinating related training activities. Deliver safety and compliance training to operational staff. Supervise documentation control and ensure manuals meet regulatory standards.
