Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and AccountingFirst work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plusHighly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgmentsResilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needsEagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditingExcellent German and English skills are mandatory and advanced French skills will be a strong asset
