Join the Cash Management team and contribute to the modernization of a critical application used to manage competency rules and operational parameters across key banking processes.
As part of a broader digital transformation initiative, you will redesign and enhance an existing administration platform, replacing legacy technologies with modern frameworks while introducing new self-service capabilities for business users. This project combines software engineering, user experience design, and operational process optimization.
YOUR ROLE

Le Responsable de l'Offre Suisse pilote le développement et l'évolution de l'offre de produits et de solutions destinée à la clientèle du marché suisse.

Assurer l'évolution et la compétitivité de l'offre de produits et services pour le marché suisse.Identifier les besoins des clients et du Front Office et proposer des améliorations adaptées.Suivre les tendances du marché, les initiatives de la concurrence et les évolutions réglementaires.Définir la vision et la feuille de route de l'offre produits et services en cohérence avec les priorités stratégiques de la région Swiss Domestic.Piloter les projets de lancement, d'évolution ou de rationalisation des produits et solutions.Coordonner les parties prenantes et garantir une exécution efficace jusqu'au déploiement.Promouvoir l'offre auprès du Front Office et des parties prenantes internes afin de favoriser son adoption.
