We are seeking a Private Banker Assistant to join our New Market team in Geneva.
This position is part of the Saudi / UAE International & Oman region, co-headed by Serge Blanc. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and growing team, working closely with Private Bankers to deliver premium services to our private clients based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman.
YOUR ROLE
Support Private Bankers in clients', administrative and commercial activities, to ensure a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele.Provide information to clients about their portfolios.Verify, process and place transfer and all market orders in the system as per client instructions, and follow up.Liaise with internal services to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients' requests.Manage in an impeccable way account openings and proactively process and follow account openings, monitoring of the accounts, cash management, overdrafts.Proactively deal with all administrative tasks (filing/recording of documentation and KYC, FCRM alerts monitoring, documentation update etc.) in collaboration with Private Bankers.Prepare under the guidance of the Private Bankers, presentation material for client meetings and for business development activities.Deal with clients' mailing.Support clients with on-line access.YOUR PROFILE
Academic or commercial education in the financial field.Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, in a similar role.Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Powerpoint (follow-up of complex tables, creation of presentations and reports, etc.), ideally knowledge of the G2 in-house tool.Perfect command of English and French.Very good knowledge of Private Banking services (Lombard Loans, Portfolio Management, Life Insurance, etc.)Pleasant personality, ability to integrate into an existing team and to work as part of a team, open-mindedness.Commercial spirit, and excellent presentation.
