    Assistant Professorship (tenure track) in Business Process Management and Organizational Design The University of St.Gallen and its School of Management are inviting applications for an Assistant Professorship (tenure track) in the field of Business Information Systems, especially Business Process Management and Organizational Design. The triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) university offers a stimulating and well-equipped research environment with a large network ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large corporations for engaging in field studies. We are seeking an excellent early-career scholar with a clear research focus on business infor-mation systems, especially Business Process Management and Organizational Design. We are looking for a colleague who complements and enriches our areas of expertise and shows broad methodological competencies within the field of Information Systems. Experience in Design Science Research would be beneficial. According to our claim "From insight to impact" the future colleague should convey scientific knowledge with societal relevance to students at all levels including executive education and make it available to private and public organizations. In addition, generating external funding is an important part of the position. We seek candidates per 1 February 2027 or by mutual agreement. The appointment is for 6 years, with an intermediate evaluation after 3 years. Based on a tenure track process, successful candidates can be promoted to a tenured Associate Professor position. To be considered for this position, applicants should have a doctoral degree in management, computer science or a closely related field and an excellent track record in research, teaching and funds acquisition.     The University of St.Gallen and its School of Management are inviting applications for an Associate or Assistant Professorship in the field of Accounting and Auditing. The triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) university offers a stimulating and well-equipped research environment with a large network ranging from start-ups, small businesses to large firms to engage in research. The new professorship in the School of Management will be invited to become part of our dynamic Accounting Area. The focus of the position covers the area of Management Account-ing and Control including one or more of the core areas of accounting and management such as digitalization, artificial intelligence and financial leadership. The ideal candidate has an internationally recognized and leading track record in research in leading journals in the field of Accounting, reflected in multiple publications in top journals (e.g. FT 50), a pipeline of promising research projects, and a strong international academic network, ties with industry, and excellent teaching skills on all levels, including executives. The focus of teaching will be on Management Accounting and Financial Leadership at all levels of study. The teaching languages are German and English. It is expected that candidates are able to teach in one language immediately and in the other within two years.
