    YOUR ROLE

    Dans le cadre du renforcement de la supervision des bases de données et du déploiement d'une plateforme d'observabilité centralisée, l'équipe DBA recherche un(e) stagiaire pour accompagner un projet stratégique autour de Foglight (monitoring bases de données) et de son intégration avec la plateforme Elastic utilisée à l'échelle de la banque.

    Ce stage offre une exposition concrète à des environnements bancaires critiques, des technologies de supervision modernes et à un projet transverse impliquant plusieurs équipes IT (DBA, Systèmes, Sécurité, Observabilité).

    Participer au suivi du planning global Foglight & Elastic.

    Organiser et coordonner les réunions avec :

    Les référents des différentes technologies DB au sein de l'équipe DBA,

    Les équipes Systèmes, Sécurité et Observabilité.

    Préparer les comptes-rendus, tableaux de suivi et reportings d'avancement.

    Contribuer à la circulation fluide de l'information entre les équipes.

    2. Implémentation de la supervision Foglight

    Accompagné(e) par les experts DBA, le/la stagiaire participera à :

    L'ajout des environnements Test / UAT / Production dans Foglight.

    La validation des métriques collectées pour les différents SGBD.

    La création de dashboards de santé haut niveau par technologie.

    La définition et le paramétrage des alertes pertinentes.

    L'intégration avec ServiceNow pour l'ouverture automatique d'incidents.

    L'intégration avec Elastic pour la remontée des métriques de supervision.

    3. Documentation et structuration

    Rédiger et maintenir la documentation projet.

    Produire la documentation fonctionnelle de l'intégration Foglight Elastic.

    Créer des guides utilisateurs et procédures internes destinés aux équipes IT.

    4. Support à la formation interne

    Préparer des supports de formation (présentations, guides).

    Contribuer à l'organisation et au bon déroulement de sessions de formation internes sur Foglight et Elastic.

    Coordonner les échanges entre l'équipe DBA et l'équipe Observabilité.

    Suivre l'avancement de l'intégration réalisée par les équipes expertes.

    Consolider les besoins en alertes (priorités FATAL / HIGH).

    Participer à la supervision de l'exécution de jobs automatisés :

    Revue de scripts (VisualCron, crontab),

    Adaptation des notifications vers Elastic,

    Création d'un dashboard de suivi d'exécution,

    Suppression progressive des notifications email.

    Livrables attendus

    Planning projet et tableau de bord d'avancement.

    Documentation complète Foglight & Observabilité Elastic.

    Supervision opérationnelle des 4 SGBD via Foglight.

    Supports de formation interne.

    VOTRE PROFIL

    Formation récente ou en cours (Bachelor ou Master) en informatique, systèmes d'information, ingénierie logicielle ou équivalent.

    Intérêt marqué pour les bases de données, la supervision, l'observabilité, les environnements IT complexes.

    Connaissances de base appréciées :

    Bases de données (SQL, concepts DB),

    Systèmes (Linux/Windows),

    Outils de monitoring ou d'observabilité (un plus).

    À l'aise avec la documentation, la communication écrite et orale.

    Rigueur, organisation, curiosité et esprit collaboratif.

    We are seeking a Private Banker Assistant to join our UK team in Geneva. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and growing team, working closely with Private Bankers to deliver premium services to our private clients.

    YOUR ROLE

    Support Private Bankers in clients', administrative and commercial activities, to ensure a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele.

    Provide information to clients about their portfolios.

    Verify, process and place transfer and all market orders in the system as per client instructions, and follow up.

    Liaise with internal services to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients' requests.

    Manage in an impeccable way account openings and proactively process and follow opening formalities, monitoring of the accounts, cash management, overdrafts

    Proactively deal with all administrative tasks (filing/recording of documentation and KYC, ALM alerts monitoring, documentation update etc.) in collaboration with Private Bankers.

    Prepare under the guidance of the Private Bankers, presentation material for client meetings and for business development activities.

    Deal with clients' mailing.

    Support clients with on-line access.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Academic or commercial education in the financial field.

    Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, in a similar role.

    Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Powerpoint (follow-up of complex tables, creation of presentations and reports, etc.), ideally knowledge of the G2 in-house tool.

    Perfect command of English and French.

    Very good knowledge of Private Banking services (Lombard Loans, Portfolio Management, Life Insurance, etc.)

    Pleasant personality, ability to integrate into an existing team and to work as part of a team, open-mindedness.

    Commercial spirit, and excellent presentation. Strong resistance to stress, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Strong sense of confidentiality.
