    We provide Financial Planning and Analysis to the Lombard Odier Group management and its business lines. The role is about coordinating and checking financial inputs with regards to LO Group main revenues and costs, to ensure a comprehensive monthly financial and analytical reporting.     YOUR ROLE

  • Produce monthly variance analysis of LO Group P&L, and related documentation
  • Take the lead in enhancing the Group financial controlling through the development ofmonitoring tools/dashboards.

    Lombard Odier group operates its own proprietary banking technology platform which is used by the group but also provided to other private banks and financial institutions through a BPO business model. The Technology & Operations (T&O) department oversees maintaining and developing the platform through the delivery of applicative solutions for the various business divisions of the Bank.

    As part of the constant evolution of the platform we offer to our Operation BackOffice teams, we seek to strengthen the existing team with a Product Owner in the field of Securities Settlement with banking knowledge and technical skills.

    As the product owner "Securities Settlement", you will form part of the Core Banking department and will report directly to the product manager of the Operations Domain. In your day to day you will interact with peer product owners, project managers, business analysts, developers and of course with your main business stakeholders.

    YOUR ROLE

  • In close collaboration with the business develop a product vision and roadmap supporting the organization's strategic direction.

  • Establish effective communication between business stakeholders and the product team by acting as the primary point of contact to ensure clear understanding and address emerging needs and issues.

  • Foster a positive product team dynamic while maximizing ROI of product features as well as end users' satisfaction.

  • Maintain & prioritize the backlog by including changes and project demands while ensuring product maintenance to guarantee stability and sustainability over the long term.

  • Create sprint goals, actionable epics and user stories based on the requirements defined for each feature (function) in collaboration with the product team.

  • Participate in project estimation costs based on business requirements.

  • Ensure high product quality is met by overseeing test strategy definition, execution, and automation.

  • Act as third level of support by ensuring effective incident management through resources mobilization, team coordination and providing clear status reports.

  • Ensure our external applications remain up to date and compatible with the technologies operated by the Bank, while staying aware of the way the IT operations dept. operates them.

  • YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a relevant field. Master degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in the area of securities settlement & knowledge of related regulations

  • Proven experience as a product owner, project manager or similar role, demonstrating successful delivery on various sizes of scope and complexity

  • Proficiency in project management software & tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Clarity).

  • Experience in managing application and digital solution delivery. Business and technical knowledge in banking products a definite plus.

  • Good knowledge of SQL language, Rest protocols and communication buses such as Kafka.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Good knowledge of Scrum and agile software development methodologies. Agile certifications is a plus (e.g., CSPO, SAFe).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, experts and external third parties in French and English.

  • Ability to break complex problems into simpler ones and prioritise them based on ROI.

  • Ability to understand user expectations and anticipate new demands based on market trends.

  • Capacity to conduct arbitration processes and decision-making.

    Your Mission :

  • Develop investment proposals across asset classes, reflecting client objectives, risk tolerances, the firm's house view, and investment offerings.
  • Conduct portfolio construction analysis, including tailored Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), stress testing, and scenario analysis.

    Missions :

    Traiter l'ensemble des questions administratives liées à la gestion rigoureuse des dossiers et en assurer le suivi complet :

  • Fournir directement aux clients les informations sur l'évaluation du portefeuille, les soldes de comptes, les opérations, etc
  • Traiter les ordres de transfert (en appliquant rigoureusement les règles du call-back- directives internes) , les ordres de bourse, les opérations sur titre, gérer les échéances, les demandes de retraits d'espèces au guichet, les visites aux coffres
  • Rédaction d'une fiche d'activité pour chaque contact client,
  • Appuyer les banquiers dans la préparation et la réalisation de reportings personnalisés
  • Développer son réseau à l'interne afin d'assurer le traitement efficace des dossiers et demandes de clients, assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs de services internes afin d'être en mesure d'offrir un service de qualité aux clients,

  • Contribuer aux initiatives commerciales de l'équipe :

  • Préparer les rapports d'investissement des clients et les présentations sur-mesure dans le cadre des activités de développement des affaires,

    Le département " Corporate Services - Document Management " représente le cœur névralgique de la gestion documentaire de la Banque, orchestrant un processus complexe de gestion des document physiques stratégiques. Au sein de cette unité, chaque service joue un rôle essentiel dans le cycle de vie documentaire. Le service Printshop agit comme un atelier de création, générant l'ensemble des documents officiels de l'établissement, des relevés bancaires aux supports des campagnes de publicité, en passant par les invitations Clients et les publications internes comme externes. La méticulosité du travail garantit une traçabilité et une qualité d'impression irréprochables.

    Le service Mise sous plis prend le relais, conditionnant méthodiquement chaque document dans son enveloppe, assurant que chaque courrier trouvera précisément son destinataire. Les outils utilisés garantissent le suivi continu de toute page imprimée, ceci permettant un taux d'erreur tendant vers le zéro. Le service Courrier-Expédition agit enfin tel un carrefour logistique, réceptionnant et dirigeant le flux postal entrant et sortant. En parallèle, l'équipe d'Archivage veille sur la mémoire documentaire de la banque, conservant et classant chaque document selon des procédures réglementaires strictes.

    La véritable innovation du département réside dans l'équipe de Numérisation, transformant le papier en données numériques, convertissant les documents les plus critiques en actifs numériques facilement exploitables, préparant ainsi la banque aux défis technologiques futurs.

    VOTRE MISSION :

  • Impression à haut volume sur des presses numériques ;
  • Préparation et Mise sous plis des lots imprimés ;
  • Suivi des travaux transactionnels et du contrôle de qualité ;
  • Réception, étiquetage et suivi des boîtes d'archives ;
  • Installation, paramétrage et modifications en JS de l'application de scanning Dexelia.
  • Installation, paramétrage et supervision des outils développés en interne pour le tracking des plis et du closed loop.
  • Evolution technique des outils informatiques utilisés dans les 3 services du département de Gestion Documentaire
  • Contacts avec les fournisseurs externes (imprimantes, machines de mise sous plis, scanners de production) ;
  • Génération des statistiques quotidiennes ;
  • Suivi des stocks (papier, enveloppes) utilisés dans le département.
  • Entretien du matériel.

    YOUR MISSION :

  • Performance and follow-up of dedicated sanctions compliance investigations, reviews and risk assessments;
  • Evaluation of investments securities, funds or other, presenting direct or indirect links with countries under sanction;
  • Advising the business on onboarding acceptance for prospective clients, establishment of the conditions and restrictions to be applied and related procedures. Analysis to be provided to COR Team/ CLM team for new onboarding cases with a sanctions exposure - inclusion of Sanctions assessment in the Due Dilligence Committee's submissions;
  • Assess the implementation of blocking and restrictive controls on client accounts, assets, and transactions as well as on securities and any further risk mitigation measure;
  • Daily and ongoing advice and support the Bank's management and staff with respect to sanctions compliance;
  • Assisting in the requests and reporting from /of sanctions regulatory competent authorities (OFAC, OFSI, SECO) on sanctions issues;
  • Support in the handling of sanction questionnaires received by our counterparties;
  • Identify possible new countries/parties/securities under sanctions based on a dedicated regulatory watch;
  • Maintain the Sanctions Directive and the related Group Guidelines and the communication of any changes thereto;
  • Assisting in the development and provision of sanctions compliance training, awareness raising and other communications, as appropriate;
  • Tracking of highly sensitive accounts in the sanction perimeter, including a risk based analysis and remediation measures implemented;
  • Assistance to be provided to our Operations team for situations related to inflows / outflows / internal transactions / securities transactions for accounts subject to a close-monitoring in the sanctions perimeter;
  • Participation in the review of escalations of from the ex-ante payment sanctions screening messages filtering (Swift, SIC, SEPA, etc.) and handling and resolution of potential sanctions hits generated.
  • YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3-6 years of experience in the banking sector within a Compliance, Sanctions, Financial Crime, Legal, Audit or similar function;
  • A university degree in Law/Economics or comparable studies or equivalent in working experience in the financial industry sector;
  • General understanding of Swiss, EU, US, UN and UK sanctions framework;
  • Independent working approach, combined with the ability to identify relevant compliance considerations in any given situation;
  • Fast learner to be able to work in a dynamic regulatory environment;
  • A university degree in Law/Economics or comparable studies or equivalent in working experience in the financial industry sector;
  • Reliability and ability to grasp relevant issues quickly, and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Team player with good communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English;
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.

    • Initial work experience of up to three years in the financial services environment is an advantage
    • Fluency (written and oral) in both German and English are a must
