    Key Tasks & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business and IT teams Support the phased rollout of a global digital underwriting solution across multiple countries Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and rollout plans to local stakeholders Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback from business users to support continuous product improvement Support country teams in embedding the solution into existing local processes Define training approaches and develop materials such as user guides, demo videos, and presentations Deliver training sessions and support change and adoption activities Create rollout communications and adoption materials for local markets Monitor usage and actively engage with country networks to drive adoption Support the documentation of adoption metrics and business benefits for key stakeholders Skills & Requirements 3-4 years of experience in change management within global transformation or software rollout initiatives Proven experience managing UAT for software solutions across multiple countries or business units Experience in commercial insurance or a related financial services environment Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders remotely Experience creating training and communication materials, including multimedia content Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage High proficiency in standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP), project management or Agile certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum) is a plus Exposure to AI-enabled solutions or technology-driven transformation projects is desirable Experience working in geographically dispersed, multicultural teams weniger ansehen
