    Manage the platform lifecycle: provisioning, updates, patching, and capacity planning.

    Ensure an excellent level of service for the database infrastructure in terms of availability, performance and security;

    Manage and participate in database infrastructure development projects;

    Ensure the smooth operation and development of databases and the data warehouse;

    Business Analyst - Client Platform Advisory (80-100%)

    Lombard Odier operates its own proprietary banking technology platform which is used by the group but also provided to other private banks and financial institutions through a BPO model. The Technology & Operations (T&O) unit is in charge of developing, maintaining and operating the platform.

    As a Business Analyst - Client Platform Advisory, you are responsible for managing the successful delivery of banking platform services to our BPO clients across multiple functional domains. The role involves advising clients, analyzing and executing their demands, and overseeing the change portfolio to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

    YOUR ROLE

    Act as a trusted advisor to BPO clients, providing expert consultation on the banking platform (G2/GX) within your functional areas.

    Collect, analyze, and critically assess client demands, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and strategic objectives.

    Partner with Business and IT teams to represent BPO client interests in product development discussions.

    Gain an in-depth understanding of the bank's strategic priorities to align client expectations and guide the platform evolution, including the levelling across client environments, in-line with these objectives.

    Lead projects within the functional roadmap, translating client needs into technical requirements in collaboration with IT development teams.

    Stay current with IT developments, ensuring clients remain informed of relevant innovations and that the platform evolves with industry advancements.

    YOUR PROFILE

    University degree in business economics, information technology or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.

    5-7 years of experience as business analyst, product owner/manager, solution architect or consultant in financial services (wealth management is preferred).

    Track record of delivering complex initiatives or IT transformations in multiple functional banking domains.

    Ability to provide strategic advice to clients on platform capabilities and enhancements.

    Structured and analytical approach with an ability to synthesize complex topics to stakeholders at different levels of an organization.

    Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and banking platform technologies.

    Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

    Relevant certifications in project management, IT, or banking platform technologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AZEK, CFA) are a plus.
