    What you will do:

    Develop/integrate/maintain cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements.

    Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and develop security risk mitigation action plan.

    Evaluate (security) architectures and designs to determine the adequacy of security design and architecture proposed or provided in response to requirements, security guidelines and security best practices.

    Determine the protection needs (i.e., security controls, system hardening) for the information system(s) and network(s) and document them appropriately.

    Research and implement updated security standards, systems, and best practices to create reliable cloud security architectures.

    Assess and ensure conformance to security concepts and functions (e.g., authentication/audit enforcement, data anonymization, SSL security, API security, REST/JSON processing, microservices, Infrastructure as a code and containers).

    What we are looking for:

    Bachelor / Master within Computer Science / Cyber Security or similar experience

    What you'll do:

    Autonomous owner of the Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for several filling lines with global and local support in a fast growing environment

    Coordination of activities between various stakeholders involved in the new material creation process (e.g. external suppliers, Quality, MSAT, other sites etc.)

    Design and modification of BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans and Inspection Characteristics in SAP

    Actively improve processes and ensure SOPs related to new part set-up, BOM, recipe creations are up to date and usable

    Creation and maintenance of part codes in SAP (Material Master)

    In charge of changes required within the SAP system

    Independent design, preparation and writing of master data governance documents and process descriptions

    Actively tracking master data KPIs and ensuring corrective actions

    What we're looking for:

    Strong Master Data (Material and Production) experience in SAP R3 or S4 Hana and MS Office

    Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Site (e.g. in Work Preparation Department "AVOR")

    Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a GMP environment is a must

    Certification in APICS and/or CPIM would be a plus

    Capable to adapt and act in a project environment and fast changing business. You challenge the status quo and enjoy looking for opportunities to make improvements.

    Fluency English as well as fluency in German are a must

    Conceptual and strategic thinking mindset to be able to create and implement governance documents (e.g. work instructions, SOP)

    Business Application Support Specialist - Finance (80-100%)

    A Business Application Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of banking applications. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment. He is responsible for providing to the employees and to customers of Lombard Odier group with functional support applications in Finance domain. This support team's main mission is the satisfaction and trust of colleagues and clients.

    YOUR ROLE

    Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all Functional Support issues for finance and accounting applications.

    Participating in quality controls and documentation of new applications releases notes.

    Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable.

    Escalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution.

    Organize and manage regular meetings with Bank partners for escalated cases, monitor closely the backlog of tickets

    Analysis of balance sheet in SAP.

    Ensure a quality training for bank users.

    Participate in new application release testing.

    Work closely with development and production teams.

    Ensure regular contact with our Bank partners Finance team.

    Actively contribute to enhance the day-to-day process of the team by improvement proposals to the head of Application Support

    YOUR PROFILE

    Master's degree in IT or Finance

    +5 years of experience in Banking

    Excellent communication and overall soft skills, proactivity, sense of initiative and sound experience in working under stress on unplanned matters

    Excellent command of banking, finance related operations and understanding of accounting principles

    Good command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel & PowerPoint

    Previous experience as a Business Analyst or as an Auditor in the banking and financial sector is an advantage

    SAP BI knowledge is an advantage

    Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
