    Site Reliability Engineer (80-100%)

    As part of the modernization of our IT platform, we are looking for a Platform-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who can support us in increasing our maturity around containers and the related ecosystem.

    YOUR ROLE

    Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform and its ecosystem (Kong, Kafka, Vault).

    Manage the platform lifecycle: provisioning, updates, patching, and capacity planning.

    Implement and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing) using Prometheus, Grafana, and associated tools.

    Establish governance for observability and operability of applications hosted on the platform.

    Handle incident response and perform root cause analysis for platform-related issues.

    Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices and ensure compliance in containerized environments.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture and operational processes.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Higher education in Computer Science (master's degree or equivalent).

    5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

    Excellent command of OpenShift and/or Kubernetes administration

    Excellent command of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)

    Excellent command of scripting (Shell, Python)

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at LOIM is a key executive leader responsible for defining and executing the firm's global technology strategy, delivering a resilient and scalable technology ecosystem, and enabling innovation across all functions.     Technology Strategy & Governance

    Change, Transformation & Project Delivery

    Budget, Vendor & Supplier Management

    Own the global technology budget, ensuring cost discipline and return on investment including establishment & maintenance of impactful relationships with senior management at suppliers.Optimise commercial performance of critical technology partners, including SaaS vendors, market data providers, and infrastructure providers.Negotiate contracts and oversee risk, service levels, and performance.

    Operational Excellence, Cybersecurity & Resilience

    Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of all systems and infrastructure.Strengthen cyber defence, vulnerability management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk frameworks.Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and incident response.Work across functions to minimize IT & Operational errors.

    Boards, Committees, Reporting & Risk Management

    Represent Technology at relevant boards, committees (operational risk, digital, IT steering, data governance, investment platform).Produce KPIs, dashboards, and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Proactively manage technology related business risks across the organisation.

    Client Due Diligence & External Engagement

    Lead the technology response for client due diligence requests, RFPs, and operational reviews.Present LOIM's technology strategy and controls to investors and partners.Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.

    Business Partnership

    Act as a strategic advisor to Investment, Sales, Risk, Operations, Compliance and Executive leadership teams.Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.Champion data driven decision making and adoption of digital tools across LOIM.Strong, demonstrable network across industry peers, consortiums / forms and key service providers.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Lombard Odier has developed a proprietary, fully integrated private banking platform used by the Group and by external financial institutions through a BPO/ITO delivery model. Our Technology & Operations division builds, operates, and continually evolves this platform.

    We are looking for a Junior Client Platform Advisor to join our Banking Platform Services (BPS) team. In this role, you will support senior advisors in delivering high quality platform services to our Partner Banks, helping them make the most of our core banking technology (G2/GX). This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a client facing advisory role while developing strong expertise in private banking processes and technology.

    YOUR ROLE

    Support senior advisors in managing day to day interactions with Partner Banks and understanding their platform needs.

    Senior Business Analyst - Compliance Testing & UAT (12 month contract)

    Within the CORAL strategic transformation program, the Business Analyst will support key Compliance initiatives - primarily in Transaction Monitoring, with additional support to other workstreams if necessary (Client Risk Scoring, Name Screening (SmartKYC), other initiatives).

    With the Target Operating Model, solution design, and system integration now complete, the program enters a critical testing cycle: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), followed by an extended Parallel-run stage.

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong testing leadership capabilities, able to coordinate and execute complex test cycles in close collaboration with Business, IT, vendors, and program governance.

    YOUR ROLE

    You will ensure that the implemented solution - together with the scenario design and calibration settings - meets business requirements and fully supports the transition to the new Transaction Monitoring platform. The role focuses on test preparation, scenario based testing sequencing, coordination of execution, defect management, and maintaining complete traceability.

    Testing Leadership & Coordination

    Lead the end to end UAT phase, followed by the parallel run stage, across all workstreams (Data Feeds, Risk Model & Calibration, Workflows, Access Management, Front Office new workflow), ensuring a structured, scenario driven testing cycle.Ensure business requirements and process flows are fully translated into comprehensive test scenarios and use cases, guaranteeing full end to end traceability across requirements, test cases, results, and defects.Support UAT preparation, execution, validation and user onboarding, including training, guidance, test preparation, and clarification of expected outcomes.Coordinate the parallel run phase using production data feeds, providing active support to all stakeholders and ensuring accurate monitoring and documentation of results.Manage daily test governance meeting, including wrap up sessions, progress reporting, and defect triage, ensuring all defects are clearly documented, prioritized, assigned, and driven to closure with the Project Manager, SMEs, and Technology & Operations teams.

    Documentation & Reporting

    Maintenance of all test artefacts (plans, cases, logs, defect reports).Provide regular and structured reporting on progress, risks, blockers, and decisions required, and contribute to operational readiness deliverables ahead of cut over.Maintenance of dashboards to track volumes, status and risk levels of alerts generated during UAT and parallel run; reconciliation of logs to identify alerts to be investigated further and track resolution

    Change Management

    Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and operational practices jointly with Compliance's SMEs.Contribute to training materials, communication packages, and user documentation.Act as a point of contact during the early lifecycle of new solutions.Participate to a smooth, controlled, and risk managed go live.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in banking or Compliance domains (TM, CRM, AML related projects).University degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as PMI PBA or CBAP are considered a plus.Good understanding of Transaction Monitoring and/or AML Client Risk Scoring is an asset.Demonstrated experience in SIT/UAT coordination, test planning, and validation.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge processes constructively.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with Business units, IT, and vendor teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong data analytics and IT skills (advanced Excel and Powerpoint a must; additional data analysis and reporting tools a plus).Fluency in English and French.Swiss domicile.
