    Systems Engineer - Automation (Windows/VMware)

    We are looking for a Windows Systems Engineer with a strong passion for automation and infrastructure optimization. You will join a dynamic team of 15 system engineering experts who manage a global infrastructure of more than 7,000 servers. This is a large-scale technical environment where expertise, innovation and advanced automation are at the core of our mission.

    You will play a key role in the evolution and standardization of our IT landscape, with a strong focus on PowerShell, VMware Aria/vRealize Automation, and Windows technologies such as Windows Server and Active Directory.

    You will be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

    We actively encourage innovation and the proposal of new ideas to enhance our platforms.

    We are currently driving several strategic initiatives, including the upgrade to VMware Cloud Foundation 9 (VCF 9) to modernize our virtualization stack, as well as a next generation observability project based on Elastic solutions.

    YOUR ROLE

    Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks.

    Deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware Aria / vRealize Automation workflows and blueprints.

    Participate in the administration and evolution of Windows platforms, including Windows Server, Active Directory / ADFS / GPO, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).

    Contribute to the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

    Ensure performance, security, and reliability across virtual and physical infrastructure.

    Collaborate closely with network, security, and development teams to integrate automation solutions across the organization.

    Support industrialization efforts, migrations, and continuous improvement projects.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Excellent command of Windows Server administration.

    Excellent command of PowerShell (scripting, modules, APIs, end to end automation).

    Good command of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation (vRA, vRO, blueprints, workflows). Knowledge of other Aria suite components is considered an asset.

    Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).

    Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD applied to automation, REST APIs, and system integrations

    Experience with Azure, Terraform, GIT and Ansible is considered an asset.

    IT Business Analyst - Interbank Messaging (80-100%)

    Lombard Odier group operates its own proprietary banking technology platform, used internally and offered to external financial institutions through a BPO business model. The Technology & Operations (T&O) department is responsible for maintaining and enhancing this platform by delivering robust and scalable solutions to support the Bank's activities.

    As part of the continuous evolution of our Operations Back-Office capabilities, we are looking to strengthen our team with an IT Business Analyst - Interbank Messaging.

    The role covers a functional perimeter including interbank messaging, reconciliation processes, and client notifications (account statements, advices). It also provides the opportunity to develop expertise in SWIFT package integration, working at the intersection of business analysis and technical implementation.

    We are open to SWIFT package integrators willing to expand their functional knowledge, as well as Business Analysts with a technical background eager to develop integration skills.

    You will join the Interbank Messaging Team and work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders across Operations and IT.

    YOUR ROLE

    Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to interbank messaging (SWIFT), reconciliation, and client notifications.

    Act as the interface between business and IT teams, ensuring shared understanding of needs and constraints.

    Contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of SWIFT-related solutions (FIN, MT/MX, interfaces).

    Within our IT Department, you will join a team of experts responsible for the evolution of our financial ecosystem. In a Private Banking environment where data precision and availability are critical, you will play a key role within a scope covering accounting, business intelligence, planning and consolidation, and expense management.     Knowledge or experience on S/4HANA architecture and migration concepts will be appreciated
