    What you will do:

    Planning and realization of electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within the available budget and timelines

    Ensuring seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems. Equivalent experience is also acceptable for educational requirements like MES

    Managing GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik

    Preparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards

    Determining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflows

    What we are looking for:

    Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or equivalent experience, or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.)

    Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry

    Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable

    Proficient in English and/or German to competently communicate in our diverse, collaborative environment

    Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting

    Shape the world of tomorrow

    You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their success by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies

    You'll analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while leading small teams and applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloud computing and microservices

    You'll manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience

    This is how you make a difference

    You completed a degree in computer science, informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades

    You have at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, the management of IT projects, or professional software development

    Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector

    You also have experience in leading project teams of more than three people

    You know that modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics aren't just buzzwords, but essential to sustainable IT architectures

    You're familiar with popular software development methods and tools

    You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel

    You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English; French of advantage
