    Senior Datacenter Cloud Network and Security Engineer

    Job description

    The Senior Datacenter Cloud Network & Security Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Cisco Nexus technologies ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

    In addition, The Senior Datacenter Cloud Network & Security Engineer collaborates with the 1st level support plus the 2nd level operation. He/She has a detailed understanding of all services provided by the IT Infrastructure Department. On-call service during the year is mandatory.

    Profile

    Your Duties Include

    o Design and implement Azure cloud solutions.

    o Ensure security and compliance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

    o Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

    o Automate operations with PowerShell or Python.

    o Monitor and optimize performance and costs.

    o Provide 3rd level support and troubleshooting.

    o Collaborate with the Operational team and mentor junior engineers.

    o Conduct regular infrastructure reviews and audits.

    o Stay updated with Azure services, Cisco technologies and best practices.

    o Manage on-premises datacenter technologies, including Cisco Nexus networking.

    o Implement and manage Firewalls and Application Delivery Controllers.

    Technical Skills:

    o Microsoft Azure technologies

    o Cloud architecture network & security best practices .

    o Strong understanding of security principles.

    o Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

    o Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).

    o Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and storage.

    o Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

    o Knowledge of Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.

    o Experience with Cisco Nexus and datacenter technologies(Cisco ACI) .

    o Experience with Application Delivery Controllers.

    Professional requirements

    o 6-8 years of work experience in Cloud, Network and Security.

    o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.

    o Certifications in Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco (CCNP/CCIE).

    o Project management skills
