    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategic Sourcing Process Manager to join our procurement team at our global office in Lucerne, Switzerland . The Strategic Sourcing Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and utilization of eSourcing platforms and tools to streamline sourcing processes, enhance supplier collaboration, and drive cost savings.
    Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of eSourcing platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices. Design and run sourcing events for the procurement organization. Develop and implement a standardized approach to developing sourcing strategies, serving as a resource to the procurement organization in its strategic sourcing activities. Develop and maintain eSourcing processes and procedures, including RFx (Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, Request for Information) creation, supplier bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. Support the Procurement team in development and implementation of comprehensive category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and supplier capabilities. Assist in the identification of opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and cost optimization within designated categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to define requirements, configure system settings, and integrate eSourcing tools with existing systems and processes. Provide training and support to procurement team members and stakeholders on eSourcing platforms and tools, ensuring effective utilization and adoption. Manage supplier onboarding and collaboration on eSourcing platforms, including communication of bid opportunities, bid submissions, and bid evaluations. Monitor and analyze eSourcing performance metrics, such as cycle time, bid response rate, and cost savings, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in eSourcing technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert on eSourcing platforms and tools, providing guidance and support to procurement team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in procurement or IT is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management roles, with a focus on eSourcing platforms and tools. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing processes, and eSourcing tool capabilities. Experience implementing and configuring eSourcing platforms and tools, preferably in a large organization. Proficiency in eSourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or equivalent. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs. Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time.

    The Global Insights Manager works with Marketing to develop insights and identify opportunities to grow our business domestically and globally. Need to proactively identify consumer insights for Sazerac priority brands and BevAlc categories through analysis and integration of syndicated data, primary research, and market and consumer trends to drive insights from the data to actionable growth opportunities via brand growth and innovation, renovation, expansion, NBD, and marketing strategy. Contribute to Sazerac fiscal year growth by establishing himself/herself as a business partner, translating insights and analytics into top and bottom-line business impact. This person analyzes sales and competitive trends, market and consumer trends, and syndicated data while leading primary consumer research to define Sazerac brands' growth opportunities related to brand growth and innovation, renovation, expansion, new business development, and marketing strategy, for US markets and globally (rest of world).Align individual priorities, time, and resource allocation, by brand, country, and state. Support marketing team with market analysis, insight generation, and opportunity identification for BCSPs. Provide insights to fuel compelling presentations to help secure customer & distributor support.Leads the sourcing, interpretation, and application of marketplace and consumer learning and trends to influence category and brand strategies, brand standards, new business development, sales decks, selling solutions, and marketing communication (packaging and programming). Lead day-to-day contact with research suppliers and communication with internal clients. Drives an agile, analytically-driven approach to identifying and defining business opportunities for growth; Develops learning plans based on business needs, executes, analyzes, communicates learning, and delivers actionable business recommendations on time and within budget.Collaborate with other functions (sales, media, commercial finance, etc.) to establish best practice approaches to insight generation and strategy development (e.g. category deep dive learning, refining category strategies, identifying consumer growth targets, concept development, packaging development, etc.).Develop tools, systems and processes to create a Sazerac way of working for Business Intelligence and insight creation. Drives introduction and adoption of a comprehensive range of research methodologies and suppliers, continuous improvement in techniques and cost, and seeks new tools to increase effectiveness.Integrates insights, consumer and market trends, competitive data, and custom research if needed to facilitate new business development with cross-functional teams. Leading white space identification, concept and brand development, packaging development, and partnering with marketing, trade marketing, and sales for go-to-market strategy.Establish well organised priorities for yourself and define team member roles when leading initiatives/projects (RACI). Document project workflow when establishing new, best practice project work flows to facilitate future training and scalability of the process for the team and organization.Identifying processes for position outcomes and priorities - identifying sales presentation and template processes for customer presentations and distributor reviews.
