He/She is responsible for the planning, execution and documentation of all customer audits and for the management of internal audits (self-inspections) and paper inspections by regulatory authorities. Planning, executing and documenting customer audits on the Visp site

Responding to customer requests for audit dates

Planning audits together with Lonza project teams, based on the customers' agendas

Accompanying the customer throughout the audit (plant tours, documentation review etc.)

Deine Aufgaben:

Kontrolle, Betreuung und Organisation des fortlaufenden Monitorings der Reinstmediensysteme

Bearbeitung entstandener Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit QA, QC und dem Betrieb; Definition entsprechender Massnahmen und Erstellung der Monatsberichte

Koordination der Schnittstellen zum Betrieb, Betriebsengineering sowie QA und QC

Verantwortlich dafür, bei Audits und Inspektionen die Abläufe und Prozesse der Reinstmediensysteme vorzustellen

Koordination des Membranwechsels und der visuellen Kontrolle der relevanten Systeme; Untersuchung von Abweichungen, Definition und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zusammen mit QA, QC und dem Betrieb

Verantwortung für alle Medien im Schwarzbereich, Abfallmanagement und die korrekte Entsorgung der anfallenden Flüssig- und Feststoffabfälle

Tägliche Überwachung der Störmeldungen, Erstellung der Aufträge und aktive Teilnahme an der Lösungsfindung

Dein Profil:

Weiterbildung Technikerschule (HF) oder Bachelor im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik

Erfahrung im Change Management

Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis und Wissen im Bereich Utilities und GMP-Anforderungen

Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Office, SAP und DeltaV (Prozessleitsystem)

Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (Support, Betrieb, QA, QC und Engineering)

Sofern erforderlich, steht berechtigten Kandidaten und ihren Familien Unterstützung beim Umzug zur Verfügung.
